Get Smithfield's Chicken 'N Bar-B-Q shipped direct from our kitchen to yours with the Taste of Carolina Pack! Smithfield's Bar-B-Q is made Eastern North Carolina-style with a vinegar-based sauce from pork shoulder that is cooked for 14 hours. The cole slaw and potato salad are made the day we ship it. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients according to an old family recipe. Each item is vacuum sealed, cooled and placed in an insulated foam container filled with cold packs to ensure freshness. Also included is a box of our signature hushpuppy mix , a bottle of our vinegar-based sauce and our tomato-based sauce. A handling fee is included with each order, not each product.
