The shoulders are slowly cooked every night at each location and then prepared to ensure our customers the best taste and quality. We complement the Bar-B-Q and crispy chicken with a variety of side dishes. These include cole slaw, potato salad, brunswick stew, baked beans, fries, and hushpuppies.
