We enjoyed reading your Valentine’s Day bar-b-q haikus so much that we thought we’d renew that contest for the Christmas holiday, too.

    I’m from NC & Smithfield’s is a must whenever we go home! I can remember stopping at the Clayton location on the way to Goldsboro to visit my grandparents & my senior year of high school the Jones Sausage location opened & I would go every week for lunch! Once I started college I’d hit the 401 location when I had a break. Now my husbands in the Army (I got him sucked into smithfields too ;)) and we are stationed in Anchorage, AK.
