Here’s the package we shipped to Governor Perry of Texas containing our signature Eastern North Carolina Bar-B-Q. The package contains two pints of Bar-B-Q, one pint of slaw and one bottle of our House Hot Sauce. We hope he samples our food and rectifies his statement on Bar-B-Q from the Old North State!
