We like to think we are a pretty social media savvy restaurant brand and one thing that has intrigued us lately is Foursquare and Triout. We really like social media, as opposed to other marketing efforts, because social media allows us to listen to our customers and create a conversation. Foursquare and TriOut seem to work for single restaurants, but how would it work for a restaurant brand with multiple locations? How could we reward those who obtain badges or become superusers for multiple visits?
